Are you coming to Washington on Jan. 6th?

1. Remember : on Jan 6, VPOTUS Pence does NOT have the power to decide who won or lost a State Presidential election.

However, Pence will have the power to accept electoral votes.

If Pence decides that (say) Georgia’s election was unconstitutional/illegal, he can decide not to accept any electoral votes from GA.

Ditto, any other State.

And his decision cannot be appealed.
