It’s a felony. Durham’s filing against Michael Sussman seems to build a case for a criminal conspiracy (RICO). For now, based on this indictment, I expect we will see indictments of the Tech Executive, Fusion GPS’s Glenn Simpson, former Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias and at least two people from the Clinton Campaign.
