Durham’s filing against Michael Sussman seems to build a case for a criminal conspiracy (RICO).
For now, based on this indictment, I expect we will see indictments of the Tech Executive, Fusion GPS’s Glenn Simpson, former Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias and at least two people from the Clinton Campaign.
Timing is everything!
Patience is tiring! It may be a virtue, but it’s an exhausting one!
This is very good news. I like and trust Devin Nunez; he will follow this to the last detail. It would be wonderful to tie HRC to her many crimes; surely the people in volved will want to hire a security detail. This will be interesting to watch. Durham has been busy!
