“The one thing that is non-existent right now is American diplomacy on the global stage when it comes to Ukraine/Russia. There’s no one there. Putin’s not even taking Biden’s phone calls. It’s not like our Secretary of State is going over there and meeting in the fancy places like Geneva or Paris or wherever they go…”
