So I don’t know about you, but I think I need a little break from the absurdity our country and many in it have become. Maybe it’s time to crack open a bottle and a new jigsaw puzzle or maybe some watercolor paint and just chill out for the evening. Close up the computer, click off Telegram, and seek some equilibrium. Because these last few weeks, and especially these last few days have been so adrenaline producing, I need to come down with some peace and tranquility.

The hearings are done, thank God. The only thing left now is to wait for the three stooges Mittens, Murkowski and Collins to vote to confirm Kajanga with the tie-breaking votes she needs to tilt the Supremes so far to the left the Constitution is in danger of drowning.
Sigh… the coffee maker is set up for tomorrow morning, ready to perk me up for another day.

I believe she remembers a lot of what she is denying and “forgetting”. I am as old as dirt, but still remember the very important cases and events in my country’s history, though I have never held a JOB THAT REQUIRED THAT KNOWLEDGE. Just a citizen. She seems to think that her reputation will survive her ridiculous performance, unscathed by the continuous falsehoods and rancid rationale. Unqualified for many positions in our government, in my opinion.
