This ‘n that…

Just some advice from a friend about Konnech and how to avoid defamation lawsuits.

Present your findings and evidence then report on what you find by asking questions rather than making statements.

Konnech’s website displays that they sue people for defamation and that they targeted someone for twitter comments about their company.

I don’t want anyone to get buried in an expensive lawsuit like what I see Dominion doing to people.

So just stick to the facts, show your evidence, and leave any personal analysis or conclusory statements out of your reporting.

Said it before, but I’ll say it again with Bongino playing in my ear…

“Whistleblowers allege that Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault disregarded agency guidelines requiring substantial factual predication to trigger investigations, while declining to move forward with other investigations despite proper predication,” the senator’s office stated. “Thibault and Richard Pilger, director of the election crimes branch within the FBI’s public integrity section, reportedly were instrumental in the opening of an investigation into the Trump campaign and its associates based in substantial part on information from left-aligned organization. Thibault allegedly scrubbed and diluted details of the sources’ political bias from a memo seeking the full investigation, which was ultimately approved by FBI Director Chris Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.”

Both Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray were involved in the decision to greenlight the raid on the former president’s home based on an overly broad search warrant that sought both classified documents and unclassified documents.

The comments from folks on Telegram are coming in fast tonight — it’s very busy out there. And I expect it will get even more active, now that more info is coming out about China’s direct involvement in US and our elections, and the operations ongoing to trap the domestic enemies in our midst. But even I, your humble scribe, need to put this away and get some rest.

Til tomorrow!
