There is no such felony on the books. First step would be for a writ of mandamus to attempt to compel him to certify.
He needs to do his job and his patriotic duty. Certify under duress, BS!
So…the big question Mr Gould failed to address in his statement is “who exactly threatened to arrest him?” Without that information, his claim makes him sound like just another weak-kneed or corrupt rino. A name would potentially be very helpful to those seeking to expose the corruption involved in the election. Refusing to offer one is nothing but capitulation.
This is outrageous!! Corruption to the max. How about threatening the criminals with felonies??
