That was the plan but I believe it was supposed to be Hillary first then Obama. Trump would not have won against Obama so it was a merical that placed the pieces in order allowing To slot in undoing the Obama damage. This forced exposure of the plan and the ever unfolding orruption. The genie is out of the bottle now and they know it.
