As far as the ‘Opinion’ page, to address the enlarged print … those prosecutors may be called ‘educated’ but they have absolutely *no* common sense or capacity to think logically.
My question would be to Mr Smith aka Mr. Congeniality as to whether he has given any thought to the legal precedent he is about to establish.
The Occam’s Razor answer would be “no”.
If this process wasn’t so insidious it would be comical.
