Former President Donald Trump reacted to a federal indictment leveled againsthim on Friday with explosive charges, insinuating on social media that federalagents had “stuffed” classified information into evidence after raiding his Mar-a-Lago property.
Trump was hit with 37 counts in a federal indictment unsealed Friday in theSouthern District of Florida, including the retention of national defenseinformation and lying to federal investigators.
Speaking in response to the indictment, special counsel Jack Smith assured thepublic during a press conference on Friday that the former president will get “aspeedy trial on this matter, consistent with the public interest and the rights ofthe accused.”
Trump countered this statement via social media claiming that his legal team wasnot allowed to be present when the FBI raided his property for evidence of thecrime.
“When the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, they wouldn’t let my lawyers orrepresentatives anywhere near them,” Trump wrote on social media. “Theywouldn’t tell us what they took. Knowing them, and based on past performance,they probably later ‘stuffed’ in other documents. My lawyers had to wait outside,on a very hot day. The FBI took my medical records, birth certificate, andpassports, and just about anything else they were able to get their hands on. Whata group! They didn’t do this to Crooked Joe Biden or Hillary.”
The former president went on to add that he was being “treated unfairly” and thatthe investigation would be “one-sided.”
“Attorney General Garland, Lisa Monaco, Matt Colangelo (now working at theD.A’s Office to ‘GET TRUMP’), Deranged Jack Smith and, of course, Biden himself,who is losing to me in the Polls (by a lot), are all Trump Haters,” Trump said. ”JackSmith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, is the biggest Hater of them all. There is no way theycan treat me fairly—but we will win, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Trump repeatedly mentioned that Biden was “not indicted” in the criminalinvestigation into his handling of classified material, while also asserting that hewas leading Biden “in the polls by a lot.”
However, the investigation involving Biden is ongoing. It is expected to concludeits findings after the 2022 midterm elections.
Political experts differ on the implications of Trump’s reaction to the federalindictment. Some believe that his claims of unfair treatment by federal agentsrepresent a dangerous attempt to upend the rule of law. Others suggest that itwas simply Trump’s way of trying to rally his supporters and garner publicsympathy.
The American public is now awaiting the final outcome of the case against formerpresident Donald Trump. Until then, Trump continues to contest the charges andthe investigation itself, claiming that it is a biased witch-hunt.

According to the Presidential Records Act ONLY a President has the sole ability to declassify documents.
So … why hasn’t DumbDumb been charged? Hmmmm?
The attempt to move the case from south Florida to a DC court was DENIED. kek.

I hope he is playing them big time. I can’t stand the thought of a Biden investigation wrap up AFTER the elections. I cannot imagine him winning; Joe long ago did Bobulinski met w/the FBI and was interviewed on TV. I believe it was Tucker. The FBI has all they need now prove he & his son guilty on many counts. Surely it won’t drag on like the Durham report. It’s a slap in the face when they purposely slow ball the investigations. Enough already.
