President Trump’s Covfefe tweets are not related to The Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement Act (COVFEFE Act), House Bill H.R. 2884 that was introduced on June 12, 2017. Here’s my reasoning , if not actial proof. President Trump’s Covfefe tweeys took place on May 31, 2017 a month before the COVFEFE ACT so no one could be able to figure out what Covfefe means as President Trump challenged. Plus whatever Covfefe means must fit the tweet: Despite the constant negative press coverage, Covfefe.
