To all of those panicking right now because Saudi Arabia **appears** to be taking Iran’s side in this conflict, remember what I said on DPH last weekend: MBS has no choice but to initially side with Palestine.
If he does not, he will lose the support of the Muslim World.
He has now called an urgent meeting of the Organization of the Islamic World for Wednesday to discuss the situation. This is what leaders do. They get everybody in the same room, and work to achieve a resolution. Had MBS expressed support for Israel, half of the members of the OIC would not come to this meeting.
I’ve said it before, and I will continue to say it: All eyes on MBS. He was made for this moment. And the world needs him right now.
