Well isn’t that just lovely? They will remove this “iconic photo” as the article states. While we were subjected (on TV) to men over 50 in the streets with barely any clothes in a Pride Parade. There were several but the one I refer to I believe was in Seattle. Not only in very little clothing but moving provocatively down the street in front of men, women AND children. A lot of people were laughing.
And for the record, I would be just as disgusted if had it been a male who was not in a Pride Parade.
It always starts with things like this that are knowingly wrong. And uncomfortable.
In the 70’s we went to see “Clockwork Orange” showing at the movie theatre. We didn’t realize what the movie was about. Within 10 minutes we walked out. That is just one example of the role that Hollywood has played in creating gangs, shootings and more. And everyone wonders or discusses what to do about school or inner city shootings.
