List: Top Small Towns for Growth, Prosperity
Florida and Texas are the leaders in a new ranking of America’s top up-and-coming small cities for financial prosperity, with Florida boasting six of the top 10 nationally and Texas two.
The MoneyGeek ranking looks at growth and prosperity, including population growth, unemployment rate, and median income. North Port, Fla., topped the list, followed by New Braunfels in Texas.
The ranking includes regional breakouts for the Top 10 small cities in the South, Northeast, Midwest, and West, as well as the best towns for safety, entertainment and dining access, and economic growth factors. The full rankings are here.
