United Sovereign Americans (USA) is a nonpartisan organization comprised entirely of thousands of grassroots citizen volunteers from across the United States working to ensure legally-valid elections that are fair, accurate, and trustworthy.
Our teams have measured the effect of millions of instances of apparent election fraud—as defined by the US Department of Justice—on the 2022 midterm elections.
We have put it all together into a comprehensive and easy to understand framework, that shows that our voting system is broken, and the intent of qualified citizen voters has been drowned out by error.
Through our education and litigation strategy we aim to fix it for all Americans.
14th Amendment – Section 2
The number of Representatives that each State has will be based upon the population of each State.
For these purposes the population will count everybody except Indians who are not taxpayers. (Adopted in 1866)
The right to vote may not be denied to any (citizen) resident in any State who is at least 18 years old.
This includes the right to vote for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, as well as the Governor, judges and legislators of that State.
*** If any State prevents or hinders any eligible person from voting, unless they participated in rebellion or other crime, the number of Representatives that State is entitled to will be REDUCED in proportion.***
— Author Michael Holler, The CONSTITUTION MADE EASY
*** If any State prevents or hinders any eligible person from voting and allows illegals to vote, it dilutes /hinders our vote.
This legal challenge being brought by growing numbers of citizen voters/taxpayers arguing that our rights are being diluted by illegals, endangering our representation in the House.
In other words, only AMERICAN CITIZENS’ votes should be counted. Sanctuary States giving/encouraging illegals to vote are acting illegally/unConstitutionally.
Those States risk having their official Census number subtracted commensurate to the illegal votes, impacting their Congressional representation in the House of Representatives. See video above.

Yes, and it is wrong. Most come to this country and get everything they can & I say that realizing many come from dark places. They need help and I’m for that. But where we are now is most Americans see it as an invasion. We don’t know what their background is or really not much of anything except the country they come from. The truth of the matter is many times the illegals are treated better than our Veterans and Homeless.
It’s been said over & over that vetting should definitely be done. The process is not even there. They must enter like many before them. By our laws and we need people in charge of that system to abide by the law as well. Quit throwing money left and right; go by the budget. And if they run out of money then seek alternatives such as countries that could take them in. With all the money that has been used there could be one city where they can live and work. If an illegal comes wanting to stay they must do it the right way. There are steps for them to take to become a citizen and hopefully one day have a job and give back.
Our country is being ruined by the open border. And Americans have been killed. We are better than this. It’s hard work, yes, but not rocket science or surgery. It can be done. It would be a long shot but wouldn’t it be nice to say with are within our budget? Trump said it not that long ago. We are becoming that 3rd world country & you can bet we won’t like it.
