I doubt it. For clarification that is her left side. The fact that she is standing up and being assisted by non medical opens up questions. The bullets used would have caused a more serious wound and bleeding requiring a tournaqet. She would be escorted by paramedics and most likely on a board and strapped on simply as a safety concern. ???
It’s strange, odd, weird now brief and limited and wrapped up the official narrative has been. For instance we’re told that a couple or three people were wounded included the one killed. Sure seems like quite a few more. We’re supposed to accept the one shooter story. Yet Cullen and other trained experts say the line of fire and trajectory are from multiple sources. LOTS of bullets flying around there. It’s surprising there’s been only one fatality seems to me.
Used to be more injuries got boarded but EMS has (for several years now) done away with long spine boards for isolated injuries that obviously do not involve the spine (like a limb injury).
She could have had minimal bleeding due to vasoconstriction, crushing of blood vessels, and/or maybe it just didn’t hit an artery or major vein. Just Spitballing here from a medic. You don’t put a tourniquet where it’s not indicated, and not all limb GSW’s need one. It depends how much they are bleeding.
“For clarification”… that very well could be a mirror image, which is not uncommon for pictures/videos which have been been transferred/copied/screenshotted multiple times.

Right or left side this image alone is immaterial. Non-issue.
Severity would be depending on where exactly the wound is. It could be just a topical flesh graze or a core muscle wound. I couldn’t find a wound in this image and without that this image alone doesn’t represent a clue.
Where was the person with blood on their clothes standing when the shooting occurred?
The main issue that would contribute to helping solve the shooting is vectoring the shot that hit the woman, if that is what happened.
I think Cullen posted the image to attempt to get more information from attendees and to get people to keep thinking critically.
Obviously more information is needed to solve this traitorous crime.
It will come out. Another “mark my words”.

I think the man in the USA shirt and red MAGA hat was interviewed afterwards and had attended to Cory. Notice the blood on his hands. I’ve seen video where people were giving him bottles of water to wash all the blood off his hands. He was very shaken when he was interviewed.
