What if Sessions appointed a Special Prosecutor outside of DC as the 17 board post shows?
What is meant by outside of DC?
Could outside DC mean outside of “federal authority and oversight”?
Meaning, within the Special Trial Council Office of the DOD?
Of which, is outside the Chain of Command of the DOD and Congress.
What if Jeff Sessions appointed a Special Prosecutor to uncover the Deep State. Hid the funding in a Special Access Program, gave blanket authority to collect evidence through the US Army JAG courts, which are the only other court other than the FISA court to be able to issue FISA warrants.
What if Jeff Sessions was this Special Prosecutor and that is why he left limelight?
