“I think we all misunderstood the guy from GE. He was paid to work in a Lab to modify the weather. Right? At the end of the year you get your performance review to see if you get a raise or you get a bonus. And so what does he say?
“It worked! We did it! We partnered with the government, we put a bunch of dry ice in a B-17, we went up there and dropped this all, hyper-cooled the center of the storm, the storm turned. The next day we went out looking for the storm and it was a hundred miles over there, and we’re like ‘Uh-oh, it turned west.’
But this guy is basically saying, ‘I work in a Lab for GE Weather Modification. It worked!’ So he wasn’t being a whistleblower. He was just saying ‘Well, this is my job, and it turns toward there..’
Whereas the government, now the government is like ‘No no no no no!’ Project Mockingbird and all these other things and the Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test. “We would never do such a thing!”
That’s what I think. Yeah and so the government comes out and goes “No no no no no no no! Hang on! Hang on!”
Meanwhile they had already been trying that stuff previously in Vietnam, trying to extend the rainy season so, you know, and it’s like sometimes experiments go bad
Remember the Bikini Atoll, that’s where they launched a nuclear bomb and gave a bunch of military guys cancer and things like this. So we’ve done a lot of tests in our day and kind of messed people up in the process.
And that’s why when people – you bring this up and there’s people out there cuz I’ve seen it because I’ve had these conversations, especially with brand new people like, ‘What? Oh now you trying to say… and I’m like ‘Yes I’m talking about that same government that did what you’re talking about, that gave LSD to our soldiers, that experiment with mind altering MK Ultra type stuff.
It happens.
Then you have to ask the question like ‘What’s besides not being able to stop them creating it?’
Because mind you, these are the same people that are saying ‘Hey this is because of climate change! [They] are actually the ones changing the climate. They’re the ones that can do it, allegedly.”

Need to research Operation Stormfury. Also, trying to diminish hurricanes was also affecting the monsoon season which Mexico relies on for crops. Then there is HAARP located in Alaska. The government is always studying various causes and effects. The population ends up being the lab rats.
There are 3 HAARP “research” locations that I am aware of in the U.S. Two in Alaska and one in Puerto Rico. Russia and China also have their own, and the U.K. has their own tucked away up in Wales. The three super powers have a compact not to use the technology against each other. However, there is no prohibition against using it against their own citizens or other smaller countries. Our hurricanes were usually smaller Category Ones through Two and maybe Three. The Category Fours and Fives are most likely Weather Warfare. In the latter half of the season, it’s unusual for hurricanes to go up to the Eastern U.S. The timing of presidential pre-elections is highly suspicious. Remember the one that caused the GOP Convention to cancel their first day in, I believe, Tampa when Romney was running? The one that went to Chris Christie’s hometown, Sandy, that shut up his criticism of Obama? The one that hit conservative Panama City before the election, destroying lives and thousands of votes and devastating the entire area in the Gulf Coast? Helene knocked out half a million votes in devastated Republican counties in Appalachian Western North Carolina, as well as who knows how many Republican voters and their families were killed in four red states. (It was also punishment for townspeople resisting more mines being built in their area of Western NC.) And now, the horror of Milton about to eliminate countless votes in the Central Florida Peninsula, as well as likely kill more Republican voters and devastate their territories. This is not the modus operandi of the Russian Federation. Qui bono? Who benefits? Those responsible commit treason and need to be brought to justice.
