i mean it’s on the gov’t website and the treaty goes back to the late 70’s. I’m unsure but it appears it goes back to the early 1900’s…. even though a few patents were approved in the late 1800’s that involve weather manipulation devices. The most recent was a “hurricane and tornado control device” which was patented in 2001.
Maybe rephrase that…….i don’t think they don’t believe in it, but rather they would like to not believe their government is that diabolical to use it against their own citizens……..that’s a whole level of “wake up” that people aren’t ready for……….going to be a tough period as they wake up to what’s happened to the children, then add weather manipulation…………
The treaty states no .gov or military use but that doesn’t mean 3 letter agencies can’t fund it through private made up companies for off the .gov books to pay for planes and pilots to fly them.
