This Fifth Circuit ruling is massive and has already done two things.
Marc Elias is apoplectic.
It’s prevented the democrat party from extending the election so they can bring in more fraudulent votes to steal the election. No votes are legal that aren’t RECEIVED on Election Day.
Period.
This has just opened the door to lawsuits in every state to challenge any mail in ballots not received by Election Day.
A massive safeguard.
Democrats know how bad Kamala is losing and will need a lot more votes to steal it than in 2020.

“While the decision explicitly applies to Mississippi, it is binding law for the whole Fifth Circuit, which also includes Texas and Louisiana. Outside the Fifth, the case will be considered persuasive law, but not a binding law. So it will influence lawsuits filed in the other jurisdictions. If another circuit goes a different way, it will conflict with this ruling, and that conflict will go straight to the Supreme Court.
If the Supreme Court upholds the Fifth, it will become law in all fifty states.
The judges left the problem of how to handle the current election up to the District Court. But it will be under a lot of pressure to comply with the law. More importantly, this brand-new Fifth Circuit law is now available for post-election challenges in any state where late-arrived mail-in ballot determine the results.
It’s difficult to overestimate the significance of this ruling. While it only applies to one avenue of cheating, that avenue has been completely closed off. And while it only applies in one federal circuit, it ripples across the rest of the country.”
The elections are already being safeguarded LEGALLY. Every new legal ruling makes it harder for democrats to cheat.
These federal election laws have been on the books for a long time but haven’t been enforced.
Something has changed.
But there’s something else that’s huge in this decision.
Did you catch the specific wording of the Fifth Circuit ruling.
It says:
“Congress statutorily designated A SINGULAR DAY for the election of members of Congress and the appointment of presidential electors.”
Do you realize that just opened the door for lawsuits preventing “early voting” in every state?
How many times has Trump said that elections should be held on one single day?
Trump knows the law.
Federal election laws “trump”😁state laws when it comes to electing federal representatives.
This ruling also does something huge.
It opens the door to lawsuits AFTER the election that can finally present evidence of election fraud in every state.
Once that happens, the GAME IS OVER.

Only “registered” voters get to vote. That’s also the law.
It’s nowhere near 300 million people that vote.
Plus, all you have to do is break down precincts smaller. That allows for decentralization and quicker counting and results.
We already have the amount of people we need to conduct elections.
It is a scam that it takes as long as democrats say it does to hold elections and count the results.
It’s designed to cheat.
Many countries count their paper ballots in one single day.

He knows a little “secret” that he will reveal AFTER the election.
