So??……….Wind could’ve caused branches to touch wires to cause “tings”…….fire could’ve caused “tings”……..massive increase in usage could cause “pings”……power should’ve been shut off after these “massive number of tings” detected…..but wasn’t because of danger to emergency services network……earthquake tremors, etc…etc…..etc……..SOMETHING caused these extreme volumes of “tings” to the sensors…….power was not shut pro protocol……answers forthcoming? Not going to hold my breath…..tragic!!
