Because I have so many words…
What a refreshing breath of fresh air! When I worked for the Dept of Army I was slapped down many times for pointing out wasteful spending and fraud. I was told if we didn’t spend all the money estimated for a Corps of Engineers MILCON project Congress would accuse us of lying about the cost in the first place. Anyone who worked for the government is well acquainted with the end of year, spend all your money exercise…. And don’t get me started on ‘shovel ready’ projects….what is that? Shameful that the leadership didn’t stand up to this illegal activity. Thank you DOGE for standing up! Keep going! This American tax payer is squarely behind you!
