And yet ANOTHER win for Trump at the Supreme Court! Two wins in one day!

“Trump’s actions are in direct tension with a 1935 ruling that upheld restrictions on the president’s ability to remove FTC commissioners without cause.”
What’s that you say?
There was a previous court ruling that prevented a president from firing an FTC commissioner “without cause?”
Yet the Supreme Court just ruled that Trump can fire the FTC commissioner and doesn’t need a cause.
Now read this carefully and see if you can catch the “clues” that I keep mentioning, which give the reason why Trump continues to win decisions at the Supreme Court.
“The Supreme Court on Monday allowed President Donald Trump to fire a member of the Federal Trade Commission despite a federal law that is intended to restrict the White House’s power to control the agency. The court, in an order issued by Chief Justice John Roberts, temporarily blocked a judge’s ruling that reinstated Rebecca Kelly Slaughter while the case continues.”
“The order did not definitively signal how the court would address the Trump administrations emergency request to give the president broader authority to fire independent agency members without cause, but it signals that the court would most likely grant it.”
Are you surprised that justice Roberts issued the order? If you’ve read my latest Substack article; at the very end, I mentioned two Supreme Court justices, who are involved and helping Trump fight this war against the insurgency. Link:
One of those justices mentioned in the Q drop was Justice Roberts.
How do we know? Roberts oversees the FISA courts and guess what? FISA goes both ways. Roberts is “read in” on what’s happening legally in this war. Now did you catch the clues in that quote?
Trump made ANOTHER request for an “emergency” ruling. And in spite of a law preventing his action, the Supreme Court is siding with Trump.
Trump continues to win decisions on the Supreme Court “emergency docket.”
Two possibilities and I think they are both valid. First, Trump is at war and the Supreme Court “majority” knows it. Trump’s wartime powers are greater than most people realize.
Second, the earlier ruling sure sounds “unconstitutional.”
Why?
Because the Constitution places ALL power over the Executive Branch in the President.
Article II of the United States Constitution vests the executive power of the federal government in the President of the United States. This provision, known as the Vesting Clause, establishes a unitary executive and is found in Section 1 of Article II, which states:
“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America”
Trump has the Constitutional authority to fire ANYONE in the Executive Branch for any reason. He doesn’t need “cause.”

Without a doubt, before this movie ends I will be subject to the wailing and gnashing of teeth in stereo of the mentally ill radical left libtards that surround me.
