History is about to be made my friends.
The Supreme Court is about to go back in session and I cannot remember ever seeing the number of monumental and transformative decisions being placed on their plate.
Everything is planned and timed.
This is a real WAR and Trump is a WARTIME PRESIDENT.
The rules have changed.
“The US Supreme Court so far has largely accommodated Donald Trump’s assertions of sweeping presidential power. The term that starts Monday will determine just how far the court is willing to go.
For eight months, the conservative supermajority has helped Trump amass power, temporarily lifting about 20 rulings that were thwarting his initiatives. The court now is positioned to consider the underlying legal questions behind his imposition of global tariffs, bid to control independent regulatory agencies — including the Federal Reserve — and effort to restrict automatic birthright citizenship.”
All of these Supreme Court decisions are pivotal for the future of this country.
But the only way Trump will be able to quickly transform this country, is if he wins ALL these decisions.
These are ALL precedents that need to be set at the highest court, as safeguards for the American people’s future.
Trump needs to win on tariffs in order to protect the American worker and economy.
Trump needs to win on firing government agency officials. No more “independent” designations by Congress to usurp presidential power.
Trump needs to win on “birthright citizenship” in order to control immigration, which is a responsibility of the Executive Branch.
I believe Trump will win ALL of these decisions because they ALL fall under the president’s Constitutional authority.
This Supreme Court majority is restoring the Constitution.
“Roberts has mostly been on board with this year’s Trump decisions.”
“He has been a driving force behind rulings that let the president fire the heads of independent agencies despite job protections Congress gave those officials to shield them from political pressure. In April he took the unusual step of clearing Trump to temporarily remove Democratic members of two independent agencies – the National Labor Relations Board and Merit Systems Protection Board – without waiting for the full court to weigh in.”
“The court is preparing to hear arguments in December to consider overturning the 1935 precedent that provided the legal foundation for independent agencies. That ruling, known as Humphrey’s Executor, said President Franklin Delano Roosevelt lacked power to fire a Republican member of the Federal Trade Commission.”
Chief Justice Roberts is going to play a key role.
If Roberts grants Trump these wins and restores the president’s Constitutional authority, maybe, just maybe, more will start to believe me, when I tell them that the majority are allied with Trump in this fight against the insurgency.
But here is the real KEY.
“A key question will be how, if at all, the case affects the Federal Reserve. When the full court reaffirmed Roberts’ decision to let Trump remove the NLRB and MSPB members, the majority went out of its way to suggest the Fed could keep its independence, calling it a “uniquely structured, quasi-private entity.”
Is the FED independent?
Or is the Supreme Court majority, just separating their case for a reason?
Is it timing?
Timed for the beginning of the coming year?
“The justices took the unusual step of scheduling arguments in January to consider whether Trump can temporarily oust Fed Governor Lisa Cook while her case continues. The court said on Wednesday she could stay in the job until then. The move effectively put off until next year a test of its willingness to protect the Fed’s independence from the White House after Trump has repeatedly criticized the board and Chair Jerome Powell and demanded interest rate cuts.”

It seems that the “fireworks” to remove the FED will kick off in January.

He has given the orders to his minions to sow violence and chaos everywhere in order to prevent his arrest.

I warned for a long time, that once the enemy realized, that they could no longer win in the court system, the only move left on the chessboard for them, would be violence.
We are going to see a big increase in violence and that will trigger Trump’s use of the military to end the violence.
Declaring Antifa a terrorist organization, gave the “green light” to the military to join the battle.
Trump has planned for this last desperate move.
