We don’t need another hero

For some reason, I’m reminded of the song Tina Turner sang – the theme from THUNDERDOME. “We don’t need another hero.” Thinking of how Charlie Kirk is being lionized by the Trumpers, both by the president, along with many (most?) on the MAGA side.

Maybe that’s what set me on Tina Turner’s mega hit. We don’t need another hero. Charlie is deserving of the president’s medal of freedom and respect that is due from all of us. But do we need another hero? Perhaps. Not arguing the point. Just asking.
