Prof. Jeffrey Sachs killed Benjamín Netanyahu
“He’s a Deep, Dark Son of a Bitch, Sorry to Tell You” This is the video clip that president Trump reposted.
“That war came from Netanyahu, actually. He’s a deep, dark son of a bitch, sorry to tell you, because he’s gotten us into endless wars and because of the power of all of this in the U.S. politics, he’s gotten his way.”
US President-elect Donald Trump shared a video to his Truth Social platform which showcased American professor Jeffrey Sachs criticising and insulting Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The original Truth Social post by Donald Trump from January 8, 2025, consisted solely of the video clip featuring Jeffrey Sachs (no accompanying text or added commentary from Trump).
It was a repost/share of a segment where Sachs criticizes Benjamin Netanyahu, calling him a “deep, dark son of a bitch” and accusing him of manipulating U.S. foreign policy to involve America in “endless wars” in the Middle East (targeting regimes in Iraq, Syria, and Iran to undermine Hamas and Hezbollah support). The direct link to the post is:

Multiple news sources (including The Guardian, Jewish Insider, Times of Israel, and others reporting on January 8–10, 2025) describe it as Trump sharing/reposting the clip without any added text—just the standalone Sachs video excerpt from a Cambridge Union event. This matches your request for the no-added-text version. Note that Truth Social content can be viewed directly via that URL if accessible in your region/browser.

The full Jeffrey Sachs speech at the Cambridge Union refers to his October 22, 2024, appearance in the Debating Chamber, where he delivered a short prepared talk titled “Can There Ever Truly Be a Liberal International Order?” followed by an extended Q&A session with the audience and moderator.
The complete video (approximately 1-2 hours long, based on descriptions) is available on the official Cambridge Union YouTube channel:

Key timestamps from the video description include:
- 00:00 – Introduction
- 01:23 – Can There Ever Truly Be A Liberal International Order? (Sachs’ main speech)
- 14:48 – Jeffrey Sachs in conversation with Alex Mitchell (moderated Q&A)
- Audience questions follow, including the segment on U.S. foreign policy, Netanyahu’s influence, the Iraq War, and related topics (this is the part clipped and shared widely, including by Trump on Truth Social in January 2025).
In the relevant Q&A portion, Sachs discusses U.S. interventions as “phony wars,” attributes the push for the 2003 Iraq War largely to Netanyahu’s strategy since 1995 (aiming to topple regimes supporting Hamas/Hezbollah like Iraq, Syria, and Iran), calls Netanyahu “a deep, dark son of a bitch” for getting the U.S. into “endless wars,” and warns he’s still pushing for conflict with Iran.

This covers the entire session comprehensively. If you’re looking for the specific clipped segment that went viral (the Netanyahu criticism), it’s embedded within the longer Q&A. Note that the event was in late 2024, not 2025—Trump’s repost amplified a short excerpt from it.

Thierry Meyssan has a good take on Iran. Explains some of the murk other bloggers are talking about. Izzy is now apparently run by zionist nazis who will do anything. As if they weren’t bad enough before. https://www.voltairenet.org/article223815.html
Interestingly, TuckCarlson has a fresh monologue citing the real reason for this war in Iran.
I had no idea that the rebuilding of the Temple (3rd temple) is a major reason; and one that’s embraced by some Christians, cited as a reason by some US commanders, and likewise by some IDF soldiers. That western Christians are excited about building the temple after they destroy/remove the Dome of the Rock.
I think I’ll stick to this instead: Jesus indicated a significant change in the understanding of worship. In His conversation with the Samaritan woman, He stated that the time was coming when worship would not be confined to specific locations like the temple in Jerusalem or Mount Gerizim. He emphasized that true worshipers would worship the Father “in spirit and truth” (John 4:21-24). This signifies that worship is no longer tied to a physical place but is about the heart and sincerity of the worshiper.
After reading his bio I got flags popping all over the place.
