UPDATE: Joe Biden sues the DOJ to block the release of 70+ hours of his ghostwriter audio tapes!!
President Trump responds on Truth Social, calling him “A Crooked Politician!!!”
Joe Biden filed a federal lawsuit in D.C. seeking to block the June 15 release of about 70 hours of 2016–2017 recordings and transcripts from interviews with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer for Promise Me, Dad.
Why these tapes matter?🔎
Hur’s report says Biden repeatedly read classified notes almost word for word to his ghostwriter, including sensitive national security material.
Some audio files were later deleted after the investigation began, though records were still handed over.
The bigger picture ?🤔
This goes beyond memoir tapes and ties into the broader classified documents controversy, where one president was charged after a raid while the other was not.
