I am SURE The Villages accounts for a HUGE number of these STATS of homes for sale……the ridiculous thing is they are STILL building multiple thousands of new homes….the County Comms/Contractors should be held accountable for this IMO……NO one is going to benefit from their obvious greed and lack of foresight…..luckily our County, Marion County, never allowed The Villages to bleed over into it, but we do have hundreds upon hundreds of new homes being built in the greater Ocala areas which is Marion County (not good)….all of that ‘cancer of over building in The Villages is spreading from the Lake/Sumter Counties South to just a few miles outside of Orlando….a disaster waiting to explode….. 🙁
