Immediately after my radio show tonight, I headed to Patriots Heart Network where MGen. Paul Vallely was the scheduled guest. He was already on when I got there, and he had said quite a bit about Barry Soetoro and his efforts to keep his records sealed. Much of what he said is repeated in the following remarks he delivered last Saturday night at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner in Virginia City, Montana.

A Call for the Resignation of Barry Soetoro

The Declaration of Independence states:
“To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”
We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism and destruction of America. This is the current battle that we Constitutionalists face and we must be aggressive in our efforts. Incompetence, Deceit, Fraud, Corruption, Dishonesty and Violation of the US Constitution of officials now come into play as relates to our National Character, National Security, Economy and the Nation’s well-being and is the rationale for resignations. Demand Resignation of derelict officials by the people of this country in now required.
Where is our Moral Compass?
The oath of office is simple and reads:
“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Sadly, we have seen them violate their oath. Fraud, lying, and corruption are rampant and some have engaged in treasonous activities, and they effectively thumb their noses at us and have sold you to the highest bidder.
The Articles of Confederation were replaced with the Constitution, which granted the federal government enough authority to cultivate, promote and secure the Blessings of Liberty. The balance of authority and individual liberty was understood. Power was confined to that which was enumerated in the Constitution with a certain and meaningful intent for check and balances.
Lincoln issued this warning in his inaugural address:
“Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one. This is a most valuable and sacred right – a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world.”
Being a representative republic, not a democracy, “rising up” means other than revolution by means of arms. The people must “rise up” from the grass roots across this great country as we think of the greater good of this and future generations. We are limited in the peaceful transfer of power … resignation, death, elections, and impeachment.
“We the People” have had enough. Enough is Enough. The Obama White House and identifiable Members of Congress are now on a progressive socialist, treasonous death march and are bankrupting and weakening the country. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office. “We, the People” cannot wait for and solely rely on the next round of elections in November of this year. It is now and each day that these public servants must put the citizen’s interests above self-interest by resigning immediately. Our so-called Representatives and Senators are more interested in party loyalty than performing their duties. So, do not expect them to resign en masse or be impeached. Therefore the “people” must decide. A civil uprising is still not out of the question. They know which side of the bread their butter is on and it is not on our side.
We now must call for the immediate resignation of Barry Soetoro (AKA President Barack Hussein Obama) — based on Incompetence, Deceit, Fraud, Corruption, Dishonesty and Violation of the US Constitution.
And a call for a National Petition for new elections to select the next President of the United States of America must be initiated. We can wait no longer for a change of Power and new Government.

Congratulations, General, on stating your feelings plainly and firmly. I would expect nothing less. I wish a number of Generals would hold a press conference and challenge Soetoro. It is not funny that he has not dealt with the heartfelt and legitimate request of Americans curious about his background – though he has joked about it as a means to de-fuse the issue.
This charge deserves a fair hearing and enough men of courage such as yourself speaking up and demanding it, may force it to a head. What harm could be done by hearing the truth?
I’d rather follow the Constitution.

“Birther” is a great name to call them if you’re trying to squirm away from what they’re saying. It simultaneously dismisses their arguments AND makes them seem nuts. Nice job on the Stalinist/Goebbels propaganda.
But neither is applicable. The fact is, Obama has revealed NOTHING in the way of documents about himself. No college transcripts, no high school grades, no written papers while in college, NOTHING about his time at Columbia (three years of school, supposedly, during which nobody has been found who remembers him going there), and no, he has NOT REVEALED HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. What hit the web was some kind of photoshopped copy, and the franked borders and typeface were not the same as others from that same office. Things normally included on a birth certificate were not on the ‘certificate of live birth’, as it was cryptically called.
we all know that Bush’s Yale grades were better than Gore’s Vanderbilt grades, because both transcripts were made available during the election. Al and his pal Tommy Lee Jones smoked too much dope, and that trumped Bush’s beer drinking in the academic dept.
Furthermore, I’ve heard the state of Hawaii has passed some sort of law banning the requesting of documents on politicians under the FOI act. So no documents from his ‘home state’. The colleges he has ‘attended’ have clenched their fists and refused to release anything. There is word that he has used more than one social security number, including one from connecticut where he never resided.
He is the first ‘president’ of the Harvard Law Review to not be published in that magazine. He is the first president of the Harvard Law Review to be popularly elected by other law school students rather than qualifying for that office by virtue of the best GRADES in the school, as had all previous presidents for hundreds of years. But if his grades didn’t get him the post, and he didn’t write anything while he was IN the post, can anyone really say he was even REMOTELY qualified to hold the post? That one, or the one he holds now?
He is a cipher, concealing everything, revealing nothing, with help from conspiratorial associates in various venues. He is hiding much, and we have no idea what it is. He may not be a citizen by birth, or he may be one but then became an Indonesian citizen as a child and have never regained his American citizenship. He was adopted by Soetero and held an Indonesian passport as a child. When did he re-apply for his American citizenship? Why can’t we see the State Dept. records? He may not be the son of Barack Obama Sr, but of some other named or unnamed man.
There is much to learn, and calling those who wish to learn it “birthers” is a complete intellectual copout which proves only that you yourself do NOT WANT TO KNOW what it is you’ve done, electing this cypher and putting him in charge. He’s a wrecker, a totalitarian in the making, and YOU DID IT.

He may not have attended COlumbia at all. He may well have attended training camps in Kashmir in his twenties, as a spectator at least.
I am a registered Indepdent. I have voted for Regean, Bush 1 also voted for Clinton and Gore. I do not belong to any party affliation and even though I don’t agree with many of Obama’s policies. All you Republicans sound like a bunch of not cases.
First of all common sense should tell all of you that during the primaries. With all the ways to get information on someone anyone of the ones that were running would have a come across something to hold over him. Not only that but to say he did not go to Columbia or Princton is just stupid. And with all the power that the Clintons have and how close the race was don’t people think that would have perfect news to bring out.
This conspiracy theory is just as stupid as that of Bush being involved and knowing about the Twin Tower highjackers.
These are all the most stupidest statment comming from both sides that I have ever heard. Please stay with fact about job performance and leave this crap alone all it is duing is making the Republicans sound like nuts just like the Democrat sounded 8 years ago with the Alligations of Bush and the Twin Towers.
Get over it, and deal with things that are more important like jobs. the crises in the gulf. banks abusing the middle class, and so many other important things.
