It will make tonight’s evening news. It will be in tomorrow’s newspapers. You’ll see it on Twitter, Facebook, and on the blogs. Today’s rally in San Diego. The setting is one of the prettiest we’ve been to. Our rallies take place in dusty lots, strip mall parking lots, recreational parks, inside, outside, and just about anywhere local tea party folks have invited us to roll in and set up our stage.
Here today in San Diego, everyone agrees that this is among the most beautiful settings — the aircraft carrier Midway is berthed here, carrying vintage aircraft from Vietnam. The tree-laden park offers a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city.
A lovely setting to hear from fellow Americans who came to share encouragement and enthusiasm for the upcoming election.
