I know… he can be a pain in the ass. BUT, he’s a sharp hand at seeing beyond what we’re watching. This thread from his TELEGRAM page. First… topic is hearing in Michigan with Obama-appointed judge.
Seth Keshel writes:
Judge in Michigan hearing today says the election was clean from the get go.
Here is my work from November to show you the grotesque truth (please see file below).
Next, Brian Cates follows with this:
This is pretty much a foregone conclusion that (Sidney) Powell and Lin Wood are going to be sanctioned in some form by this biased judge. The only question is how severe a sanction it is. Judge has already said the election in Michigan was fine, and that the hundreds of affidavits submitted ‘don’t prove legitimacy’ of fraud claims.
Of course, Sidney Powell just made the very relevant point that it would take an evidentiary hearing to determine the validity of the evidence being proffered by the people who submitted these hundreds of affidavits, an evidentiary hearing the court refused to hold before dismissing the “Kraken” lawsuit.
It helps to remember that though the Kraken lawsuits are dead, the Mike Lindell lawsuit in MN with his symposium in Sioux Falls, SD with the examination of the election data packet captures, is very much alive. And whatever sanction the judge hands down here against Wood & Powell, they can appeal it.
I would bet money that super-hyped-to-the-moon Kraken lawsuits kept everybody looking in the wrong direction while Mike Lindell got all his ducks in a row and set up his exhibits and got ready for his own filing. I have it from someone who worked on the Kraken filings that nothing that is in Lindell’s MN lawsuit is in the Kraken lawsuits. It very well could be that the very public Kraken lawsuits drew all the ringers and the plants and saboteurs while nobody knew at all about what Lindell was cooking up and getting ready to do. Just my opinion.
IF Lindell has what he says he does in these election data packet captures, that is the killshot. That’s what the Sioux Falls Symposium is going to help determine. Does he really have what he says he does? Experts are being invited to examine the evidence.
Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium Scheduled for August 10, 11, 12
Lindell has Cybersecurity experts from at least 6 other countries at his Cyber Symposium. Will it be the definitive answer to election fraud?
Lin Wood gets the judge to give him two weeks for an evidentiary hearing because disputing the plaintiffs even have jurisdiction to request the Michigan court sanction him, is my reading of what just happened. I’m using captions, so that’s my impression.
Judge Linda Parker initially was resisting the idea, but Wood pressed his case and she relented. Wood has 2 weeks to bring in counsel to get them up to speed on this case. Wood sounded to me like he’s saying the plantiffs who filed this case don’t have jurisdiction to request he be sanctioned under the rules they invoked in their filing.
In case you’re trying to follow this hearing about the possible sanctions facing Lin Wood and Sidney Powell over their Michigan “Kraken” lawsuit, there is one judge, a court reporter and 17 lawyers involved in this hearing. While Powell and Wood are making some points themselves, some of these lawyers are their counsel and about half are the plaintiffs.
The court reporter is now begging for mercy. They’ve been going since 8:30 am and these lawyers are constantly interrupting each other and she’s struggling to keep up. The judge just apologized to the court reporter and says they’ll wrap up soon, asks the lawyers to stop interrupting and speak in turn.
David Fink has now been on a 10 minute diatribe demanding that Wood and Powell be sanctioned for their conduct in helping to “incite and promote” that ‘civil insurrection’ at the Capitol Building on Jan. 6. Lin Wood isn’t even listening to him, lol. Sidney Powell is all poker face. What any social media postings Wood/Powell made have to do with the lawsuit they filed is the question. The judge is trying to get to Fink to stop so Wood can respond.
Oh wait. I had that wrong. Wood wants to respond to that 10 minute Fink rant and the judge won’t let him.
Sidney Powell elegantly states her case at the end of the hearing.
Surprisingly, the judge let her speak.
Well the hearing has ended. 30 years of watching stuff like this has left me with the patience of Job. See you all in two weeks when they get together and do it again.
I believe Lindell says he got the data packets on January 9. He wasn’t ready to file his lawsuit in MN until June 3. https://voterga.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/lindell-complaint-dominion-6421.pdf
Meanwhile in Texas…
🚨 PANIC IN DC 🚨
Today the Texas Dems skipped work and took 3 private planes from Austin to DC paid for by Philippe Khalil Ziade, a Lebanese-American entrepreneur and founder of Las-Vegas based Growth Holdings.
Their absence blocked a very important voter integrity bill.
ZAIDE WAS CONSIDERED FOR APPOINTMENT AS LEBANONS ENERGY MINISTER
What are the chances our DOJ has required ZAIDE to register under FARA? Zero
is anyone going to be concerned with this direct interference with the legislative process?

Texas Democrats to flee state in effort to block GOP-backed voting restrictions
At least 58 Democratic members of the state House of Representatives are expected to bolt from Austin on Monday in an effort to block the measures from advancing, a source familiar with the plans told NBC News. The unusual move, akin to what Democrats did in 2003, would paralyze the chamber, stopping business until the lawmakers return to town or the session ends.
The lawmakers risk arrest in taking flight. Under the Texas Constitution, the Legislature requires a quorum of two-thirds of lawmakers be present to conduct state business in either chamber. Absent lawmakers can be legally compelled to return to the Capitol, and the source said Democrats expect state Republicans to ask the Department of Public Safety to track them down.
Texas Democrats flee state in effort to block GOP-backed voting restrictions
The lawmakers arrived in Washington to advocate for federal voting rights legislation, risking arrest by leaving during the special session.
You have to read more than 2/3rds of the way down into this NBC News story before you find out what the bills the Democrats plan to block by fleeing the state actually do: add identification requirements to voting by mail and limit early voting.
