Disclose TV:
Ghislaine Maxwell will not testify in court. “Your honor the government has not proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt, and so there is no need for me to testify,” she said.
Observation by SomeBitchIKnow on Telegram:
TFW you decide to do a quick search into who Ghislaine Maxwell’s “expert witness” on false memories is and it takes you down the darkest, most disturbing rabbit hole you’ve ever been down.
If you caught The Late Night L Stream last night, you saw the way it started unfolding live.
Tomorrow night it’s going to get much much worse. Holy shit.
Observations by Brian Cates, who has been paying attention to the proceedings in the courtroom:
Part 3: Will Ghislaine Maxwell’s Defense Strategy Work?
A lot of people expect her to walk or to only get a slap on the wrist. They haven’t looked at the sentencing guidelines.

Maxwell’s attempted defense in this case was always completely incoherent. It’s not a surprise her defense self-destructed. The jury is not going to buy that all these four girls have ‘false memories’ while at the same time Maxwell admits Epstein was running a sex trafficking ring for 20 years right under her nose and successfully kept her in the dark about it. Read my column to more fully appreciate how bad this strategy was.

“There’s two reasons a defendant does not testify in their own defense in a criminal trial. 1) They’re guilty and will not have good answers to the questions that will be asked or 2) the prosecution so botched it there’s no reason to risk your client getting tripped up on cross examination because you are ahead and likely to get a favorable verdict.
Now, of course, Ghislaine Maxwell and her defense team are not going to get up there and say “I’m not taking the stand because I’m guilty.” No, she’s going to say “We’re winning this trial, the prosecution botched it, we’re way ahead, so I’m not going to risk it.”
My prediction remains the same: she’s convicted on most, if not all of the counts, and will be sentenced to around half of the 80 years in prison she is facing.”
