You’re a great researcher JJ. I can’t compete with you there and your comments are always well thought out and explained.

Here’s what I believe you are missing and why I believe a new election is coming.

This isn’t about the SC declaring a new election.

It’s about the SC being presented evidence of a nationwide conspiracy by the democrat party to steal the entire election not just Trump’s.

Once they are presented that evidence by a state legislature or several, they will take the case because state legislatures have plenary power over elections.

They alone have standing according to the constitution.

The SC once they see the evidence will have no choice but to toss the election for fraud.

Precedent is already set.

Fraud vitiates everything.

They don’t just toss the presidential election, they toss the entire election because there was fraud in every single state and down ballot races too.

This isn’t just about Trump.

The entire election was stolen from the presidency on down.

So then what happens.

A constitutional crisis happens.

According to the constitution the military immediately takes control of the country.

That’s what they’re supposed to do temporarily until a “new civilian” government is established.

This is when devolution goes public.

It will be the military, following the constitution declaring a new election, not the SC.

They will also oversee it to ensure there is no cheating again.

As for your 12 amendment argument I believe you are trying to have it both ways.

Was the election legitimate or not?

It’s an easy answer.

So we don’t hold to rules made for legitimate elections when we have evidence it’s not. Right?

I believe you are looking for rules in the constitution to prove a new election can’t happen. But this is a new situation where the constitution doesn’t speak about at all except for the treason aspect.

We are in new territory which is war and all the rules have changed.

The two biggest reasons I don’t agree with those that think the military will install Trump instead of a new election are still valid and you missed.

If we are following the constitution and I believe we are, then the vote total must be certified in order to declare Trump the winner.

How do you do that with no possible ability to have a true vote count?

How do you certify all the down ballot races or do they get to keep their offices even though they cheated?

You cannot ignore all the down ballot races across the country in every single state and just focus on Trump’s election.

How do you remedy that without a new election?

And here’s the main reason I believe what I do.

I used to believe the same thing you do that the military had all the evidence and would reinstate Trump.

But why hasn’t it happened yet?

I don’t think that was ever the plan.

Trump doesn’t want to be reinstated with an election that can’t be certified setting precedent for the future that elections don’t have to be certified.

He is going through the slow process of following the constitution in order to restore it not have uncertified elections.

He wants the states reclaiming their plenary power over elections and he wants the highest court in the land to reaffirm that for the future.

This is the plan and it isn’t about a four year election (2020 election), it’s about fixing all elections in every single state for 200 years or more.

1) state legislatures (Arizona) decertify 

2) Bring case of nationwide conspiracy by democrats with help from China to steal entire election not just presidential election 

3) Supreme Court which is following the constitution accepts case because only state legislatures have standing.

4)Evidence is overwhelming 

5) Supreme Court tosses entire election based on fraud.

6) Biden is no longer president 

7) Military immediately assumes temporary power because of a constitutional crisis 

8) No races can be legally certified according to the constitution 

9) Military declares a new election that they oversee with Voter ID and paper ballots

My friend, we’ll just have to disagree on this.  I understand you feel passionately that the election should be tossed.  We all feel that way. We all agree that the election was stolen.  But this was much more than that.  Elections have been stolen for years, this is not the first one.  This was an Act of War.  

The point I was making is that the constitutional crisis is not in the future – it already happened.  The trigger is not something SCOTUS may or may not do – who knows if  they would even hear a case.  

The trigger for the constitutional crisis was the ratification & inauguration of an illegal Pres, who committed treason, in an Act of War with a foreign adversary, China.  That was the mechanism that transitioned our government to military control on J20. Once in military control, as I understand it, we are under military law – and there is not a civilian solution, until they restore the government to civilian control.  All of those paths under civilian law were exhausted “prior” to devolving to the military.  

Another branch of govt does not have that authority to either toss an entire election or order a new one.  The military definitely does not have authority to “declare” a new election. That’s why we are in devolution – because all normal Constitutional avenues failed, leaving us no choice but to devolve to the military.  And as I think we both agree, it was planned that way all along, so that Trump would be on the sidelines working with the military.  

You mentioned, “According to the constitution the military immediately takes control of the country.”  No – I don’t believe that is in the Constitution, my friend – If it is, I’ve never seen it.  However, it is in the Law of War Manual, with regard to procedures to oust an enemy invading force, which is what we have now.   You’ve also repeated several times that only state legislatures have standing before the Supreme Ct.  That is actually not correct.  You can look it up yourself – it’s not my opinion.  I think you’re confusing states plenary power over how to conduct their elections, with standing before a court.  Standing has nothing to do with who brings the case. It has to do with whether they can show direct harm.  Clarence Thomas and other justices wanted to take the PA case which was brought by the Republican Party of PA, but their colleagues wouldn’t go along.  But they indicated that they expect in the future a case to be heard.

The 2020 election WAS certified by the states, and they did follow the protocols in the 12th amendment, even though we believe many state legislatures violated the Constitution. That is why there is a good chance that the Supreme Ct. will hear a case(s), but the only actions SCOTUS can take are those that are within their Constitutional authority.  They cannot go outside of that and create a new law in order to have a new election.  That is what I was pointing out.  A Constitutional crisis does not give them authority that they didn’t already have.

The time it is taking, is all of those things we’ve discussed such as the time necessary to put into place permanent changes to protect future elections, Durham investigations, etc.  All of that is happening. I think there can be state & local elections, because those are direct elections that don’t go through the electoral college.  But, SpaceForce has it all with regard to those Congressional seats that were fraudulent also. 

As to what the military is waiting for to step in?  I don’t know exactly, but I think military action may be triggered by something that removes Biden as President such as states decertifying, or 25th, etc.
