You are assuming him still being president is something illegal. To do that you are also assuming then that Biden’s election was legitimate. If it wasn’t and it was also an act of war then certification on Jan 6 is meaningless. It didn’t matter legally.
Our country was already infiltrated and there was already an insurgency the day Trump took office. Q talked about it back in 2017 and Trump being a war time president An infiltration and insurgency changes all the rules.
