I want to share with you a comment left by regular reader/commenter and US Marine who calls himself “An Old Piece of Leather.”
His comment is in response to an opinion offered by Spitballer Joe Lange which you can read here.

“In general what Joe said is on target, although there are a couple of areas where he isn’t quite up on truths of current issues. It could just be his perception of what has happened or what needs to happen.
One of the very leading major issues I have seen in the last three weeks is the huge amount of *specifically* ‘awake conservatives’ who are allowing themselves to get sucked into the emotional drama of Ukraine, posting Ukraine flags on their social media profiles and putting Ukraine stickers on their cars, clearly being drawn into the emotional propaganda in the legacy media which *includes* Fox – WITHOUT doing any research into unbiased sources to vet the information. These are *conservatives*, not the brainwashed rabid left.
So before anyone reading this blog lets their tearful emotions control their thinking processes grab a tissue, stop and truly, rationally think, starting with why *anyone* in the United States should be dramatically concerned with the present action in Ukraine, the supposed civilian injuries and ‘deaths’ and Ukraines’ borders when there’s a war at OUR border with hundreds of thousands of illegal trespassing immigrants come into our country *every week*, many from countries that are not in the southern hemisphere, many who are convicts released from prisons bringing fentanyl that originates from China that KILLED over 100,000 people from ages 18-48 here in 2021.
If there are statistics of children being trafficked into sexual abuse and child sacrifice they’re likely extremely low. These silent illegal trespassers are given $1,000, debit cards and free transportation, being bused and flown to cities all over the country and let go, very possibly *your city*. Crime is through the roof in most major cities, unhampered, due to the progressive left.
We have absolutely no legitimate reason to be concerned about Ukraines’ borders. Period. The people who are concerned are the wealthy elite, NGOs and politicians who are concerned about their illegal and unethical activities being discovered. Some of us know who many of those people are.
IF more people allowed their emotions to be directed at what is happening here and NOT the Ukraine then maybe we would move more rapidly to resolving the problems here and speeding up the process to ending this ages-old war with the dark, deep state for our nation and the *whole world* which would effectively *end* what is happening in Ukraine.
If you wonder how long this war will take it will take *less* time if you educate those normies who are posting support flags and crying crocodile tears for Ukraine.
The situation is a *lot* worse here. If you haven’t been fighting for YOUR nation, it’s past time. We don’t need or want tears, we need action. There’s a whole world to save.
Now go to war.”

Very well said. I get so frustrated with conservatives that followed mask mandates, vax and now poor
Ukraine. They are at this point like the Rino. Have tried to talk to quite few but not listening. Tarrant county Republican
Page never once mentioned voter fraud and had people lying and stealing data base from vax right mom and covered it up. If ask about it my comment disappears.

STRICT\ RULES of RUNNING FOR OFFICE to include “FULL BIOGRAPHICAL AND EDUCATIONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION ABOUT EVERY SINGLE APPLICANT” MUST BE PROVIDED TO EVERY SINGLE CITIZEN, WELL IN ADVANCE OF ANY CAMPAIGN must become a normal part of anyone’s desire to run for any office.
