Fun fact: I gave Col. Waldron a chance to rehabilitate himself to me after the fiasco of the Cyber Symposium in Sioux Falls last August. My digging into Josh Merritt and Waldron led me to asking some uncomfortable questions, such as how Merritt, who was Waldron’s guy, somehow managed to position himself to blow up not just one, but TWO election fraud efforts in the span of just seven months. [Merritt also played an instrumental role in blowing up the Kraken lawsuit in Michigan along with Tore Says]. Waldron gave a series of evasive answers about his military intelligence and cyber-security background. None of it appears in his official record, but he proffered to me that most of this cyber security work was ‘off the books’. Now here he is again, before Jan. 6, making double-damn-sure all of Trump’s allies got a copy of this DOD-planted fake dossier and it’s Power-point presentation advocating using the military and national emergencies to try to stop the electoral vote count on J6.
For the J6 committee to actually refer anyone to the DOJ for criminal charges based on this stupid fake DOD dossier, they’d have to demonstrate that somebody not only TOOK this stupid plan from somebody like Col. Phil Waldron…they’d have to demonstrate that Trump and close associates made use of it and acted on it. Which is impossible because that never happened. But I’ll give Don Berlin, the DOD and Waldron an A+ for effort.
All kinds of stuff went on at that Cyber Symposium that threw up dozens of red flags. While there were a lot of good that came out of that event, I saw and heard a lot of stuff that really made me deeply suspicious of about half the people involved. Watching Mike Lindell get punked again at Thanksgiving over the lawsuit he was going to file with SCOTUS convinced me that a lot of the people circulating around Lindell and others at the top of this movement are either vastly incompetent liars LARPing for their own glory and money, or they are batting for the other team.
