Still not back up to speed yet. Taking it easy, sleeping a lot, eating light. Sore throat still a bother, but fever has broken and I expect that another day or two I’ll be at full energy level. Learned one thing for sure: never take medicines on an empty stomach. Not pretty…
In between naps, I am catching up on some things of importance, which I’ll be sharing with you here.
By the way, have you seen this? Cross Fisher-Price off the list.

Sick sick sick 🤮
Glad you are feeling some better. Remember on day 6 of symptoms to take an antihistamine for a few days. A doctor from another country studied a large group of people with Covid. They would seem to be recovering, but for those who didn’t, they nose-dived on day 8 and most died. ALWAYS day 8 the decline began, and it was due to an extreme hyper-activation of histamine. I can’t remember for sure, but it seemed this was said to be the cytokine storm. He recommended to always track the # of days of your symptoms and proactively begin an antihistamine 1-2 days ahead of day 8 and take for 4-5 days.
Good God… woke dolls.
Just what the country needs 😒
I like Pam’s message about the antihistamine. An antihistamine with decongestant will dry up the nose, clear out allergens hanging around your head and throat. It will gvie you a bit of a jolt to normalcy, so take in morning after food. 12 hour is great, 24 hour may jitter you up with No Sleep. Stay in bed, and do not worry about work. We All Miss You! How do you keep posting and be down with this ‘stuff’? NAP TIME!!!!
Hugs and Prayers for you all day long!!!!!
