I’d recommend the recipes that DON’T use Karo Syrup. Don’t need to fast-track them on the road to diabetes.
I used this formula for my daughter, with Karo syrup. Her doctor always placed her in the 99% of her age category. I completely recommend this, she is 24 now and no signs of diabetes, and diabetes does run in our family. To this day she has an extremely healthy immune system.
