This debacle was as Hunter was failing his drug test, setting up business deals (the infamous flight on Air Force Two was December 2-9, 2013), and waiting for his court martial (I’d presume) to wrap up, so that on the same day Obama started his “Asia Pivot” and named VP Biden as point man, Hunter was formally discharged from the Navy Reserves. He started on the board at Burisma just a few months later.
In fact, later the next year (2014) Grassley started pitching a fit about gain-of-function, ultimately got it paused, Nathan Wolfe shut down public non-profit Global Viral Forecasting and moved his research to Metabiota, a private start-up later funded privately by Hunter and Heinz to the tune of $30M. This also acted to circumvent US regulations by privately pumping money into a company that just so happened to also be contracted by DoD to carry out the same kind of research, EXCEPT one kind. You can see how easily they filled in the blanks.
It could be argued that Hunter Biden is solely responsible for the Covid 19 pandemic.
And honestly, I think that’s precisely what the entire hullabaloo allllllllll revolves around.
So, ZOOM OUT and we see:
Hunter and Joe got back from their infamous Asia trip on air Force Two 2 days before the first screenshot. Ukarainian PM Yanukovych and President Xi agreed to strengthen economic ties during this trip.
The day after the first screenshot, Paige Alexander was named Asst. Administrator of USAID (this will be important later). The same day, a business license was issued for a $1.5B slush fund for CCP oil giant “Sinopec” called Bohai Harvest-RST (Rosemont Seneca-Thornton – owned by Hunter and brand-new-Secretary of State John Kerry’s step-son Chris Heinz).
Two days after THAT, Hunter’s pals were scrambling to secure an account to move $3.5M for the mayor of Moscow’s wife, Elena Baturina. The account and payment was later secured.

About two weeks later, USAID put forth amendment to procedure titled, “Uniform Administrative Regulations, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards” – allowing for the Assistant Administrator to change guidelines on awarding aid on case-by-case basis unilaterally.
Later in 2014, USAID awarded Burisma a $17M contract under the MERP program and awarded $100M to the PREDICT program (which eventually developed SARS-CoV2).
3 days after the final screenshot, an IMF money funneling scheme began between Ukrainian officials and the Clinton Foundation, including Viktor Pinchuk, Valeriia Gontareva, and 11 other accounts.
