It isn’t innocent Americans that sponsored and condoned 19 bio-labs in Ukraine that were manufacturing aersole rabies among other lethal cocktails but given your rhetoric, it would be OK for all Americans to be punished for these bio-weapons of mass destruction because American tax payer dollars are what paid for them.
