My heart breaks for the people there. Sad that they are lower income and red. Sad to think our tax dollars are not being used for what they were intended, to,help Americans. It isn’t just Ohio that is affected,,but several states in a wide circle. We all will suffer. People should hang. I haven’t even heard a word from the leftist Red Cross. Shame them all.
