Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg agreed that Pence does enjoy a degree of immunity from testifying due to his role as president of the Senate on Jan. 6.

Trump and Pence are setting precedents and cutting out a template to be applied to future grand juries that compel OTHER former Presidents, Vice Presidents, members of their Admin and personal attorneys to appear.
