I think the leaks from SC Smith’s investigation and grand juries are a combo of
1) defense lawyers speaking to media after one of their clients gets a subpoena for docs and/or appearance. So, bar talk between DC lawyers and DC media. And…
2) controlled leaks from authorized people who are helping to influence the media’s narrative(s).
Then Trump comes over the top with his carnival barker voice and puts up a matador’s cloak that helps hide what Smith is up to… from MAGA/ConInc. At the same time he frames himself as a mistreated victim of two-tiered justice system.
