Devolution does not upend the constitution.
It was never intended to do that.
The military control is supposed to always have a civilian CIC.
This isn’t just devolution.
Trump also put in place Continuity of Government and a Shadow Presidency.
He did all three.
COG and a shadow presidency have the focus on the Executive Branch.
Why?
In my opinion, Trump is still president but in exile till they remove Biden.
This is war.
It’s about saving the Republic.
In exile. The military is in control until the civilian government is restored.
Except an exiled president is still president.
Biden is fake.
Trump is running the show outside of DC.
He is heavily involved in everything.
after the nationwide fraud is exposed that Biden will be removed by the military because we will then be “publicly” in a constitutional crisis.
A new election minus any fraud will be called for because courts nor the military pick the winner.
A new election will be called for (2024) and Trump wins 50 states and every state turns red.
Just my opinion though
The 25 amendment was never in play.
We know that because if the democrats were in control of things, they would have used the Afghanistan debacle as the excuse to remove him because that’s when his poll numbers and the democrat poll numbers cratered and were never going to recover.
Biden will be in office as long as Trump wants him in office and nobody will remove him until the plan unfolds, which is a global financial and market collapse and then election fraud exposed.
It was always the plan.
The reason it was never going to be the 25 amendment is because that would just replace Biden with a cabal puppet.
That assumes the enemy is in control and they aren’t.
The entire Biden administration will be removed, not just Biden, which is what the 25 amendment is all about.
But…
Trump already told us the 25th was going to be used, and that is exactly what is setting up as we speak IMO. They are about to yank him, and I don’t believe they will ever replace him with a cabal puppet because I think that’s when the military will step in. During which time all the other arrests will likely take place – “clean & swift.”

Trump never said it would be used, he said it would haunt Biden and it already has.
As I said, the plan is for Biden to be in charge and take the blame as the global financial debt system and market collapses.
Only after that, will the election fraud be exposed which will remove the entire Biden administration, not just Biden, like the 25 amendment calls for.

…The House Judiciary and Intelligence Committee’s have obtained evidence that an active CIA employee may have recruited signatories for the now-infamous letter that claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation. The soon to be released report from the committees’ says, “One signer of the statement, former CIA analyst David Cariens, disclosed to the Committees’ that a CIA employee affiliated with the agency’s Prepublication Classification Review Board, informed him of the existence of the statement, and asked if he would sign it.” The report also states that the committees’ “have requested additional material from the CIA, which has ignored the request to date.” 🔥
Donald Trump will appeal today’s court decision, in which a jury found him liable for battery and defamation against E. Jean Carroll. Carroll was awarded a total of $5 MIL in damages. The civil case was possible due to a New York law that temporarily suspended the statute of limitations. The alleged incident took place in the 1990’s. Shortly after the verdict, Trump attorney Joseph Tacopina told Epoch Times, that Trump would appeal the decision. The legal team had previously sought a mistrial, asserting that Judge Lewis Kaplan had a history of “pervasive unfair and prejudicial rulings” against Trump. Critics are sounding the alarm, that a new federal office is a reboot of the Disinformation Goverance Board, that was abandoned after the public deemed it an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth.” Housed in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, (ODNI) the new Foreign Malign Influence Center (FMIC) was launched with little public notice. However, it is already stoking fears that it will use overstated foreign threats, as a pretext to interfere in domestic political debate or will duplicate other federal efforts, such as a constitutional State Dept unit that tries to squelch populism abroad. The FMIC undated fact sheet says, “The threat to US democratic processes and institutions from foreign malign influence is persistent and dynamic. Informing efforts to counter it requires constant attention, a whole-of- government approach, support from the private sector, and engagement from the public.” It is not clear whether ODNI proactively told the public about FMIC. It was mentioned last Thursday, by Director Avril Haines, 45 minutes into a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing.
