Re: CNN Townhall & Trump

Joe Lange’s OPINION

The big change was the audience.

CNN let Trump fill the audience with supporters.

That has never happened before and that’s the sole reason the left are angry and freaking out.

The audience made the host look even worse.

The FBI declined to immediately provide congressional Republicans with a document the lawmakers say outlines an “alleged criminal scheme” involving President Biden and a foreign national, blowing through a Wednesday deadline to produce the unverified information that was subpoenaed by House Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.).

Christopher Dunham, the FBI acting assistant director for congressional affairs, said in a letter responding to the subpoena that the FBI “is committed to beginning the constitutionally mandated accommodation process” in a response to the request from last week, later adding the agency “would be pleased to coordinate with your staff to discuss whether and how we can accommodate your request without violating our law enforcement and national security obligations.”

FBI “accommodating” the request means they are giving them access to the document.

They cannot legally turn it over if it is evidence in an ongoing investigation.

This is proof there is a massive RICO case happening in the background and it’s been going on for awhile.

It also proves Wray is actually following the rule of law.

It is the courts job to uphold the constitution and protect our constitutional rights.

That’s their sole job.

Do state legislatures that helped in the steal have the power under the constitution to violate our constitutional rights?

Courts have thrown out fraudulent elections throughout our history.

If they can’t do it, then why have they done it?

You believe state legislatures that stole the election can do that and the third branch can’t do anything about it.

I believe the people’s constitutional rights are above the power of a state legislature to “conduct” an election “according to” the constitution.

Did they conduct a constitutional election?

It’s a simple yes or no.
