After re-reading your post I think you are spot on.
It’s always been about the peoples constitutional rights being violated.
That’s the starting point of any SC case and gives them the authority to act according to the constitution.
You are completely right that it is their solemn duty to protect those constitutional rights when everyone else has failed.
I believe this was the plan all along.
To have the highest court in the land that Trump controls set precedent for the future that all elections going forward protect the American peoples constitutional right to vote.
They will nullify the unconstitutional election and the remedy will be a new election with constitutional protections in place.
I also think you’re right, that in the near future, after mass arrests for a conspiracy of treason, that the new election will make the entire country pro MAGA and Trump wins 50 states.
They will then amend the constitution to set constitutional protections for that right into law, such as all the things Trump keeps mentioning.
Voter ID
Paper ballots
No machines
One day voting
No mail in ballots.
Everything recorded and validated with total transparency.
Power back to the people.
