Our First Amendment is a cornerstone to our Constitution and our Constitutional Republic. Right off the starting line my gut reaction is there is something suspiciously wrong with ‘banning’ – or attempting to ban – a specific platform, which at this point in our nation would be extremely difficult to do and would very likely tie up our court system for an insanely long time. That represents our tax money would be spent/wasted on something we already have established.
And. It’s CENSORSHIP.
This short video is a must watch.
My suspicions were snapped to attention when I read about the large number of Democrat representatives who voted for it to be passed, right along with a good portion of Republicans (and RINOs).
Why would the Demonrats so strongly support a bill introduced by a Republican?
This issue deserves our acute attention and critical thinking as it comes dangerously close to opening the door to having our First Amendment rights attenuated, at minimum.
Unless I’m missing something major I think I have my mind made up about this.
Rand Paul makes very good sense as he does frequently. It’s obvious to me he’s a critical thinker.
Whether you spend any time watching TikTok or not this will directly affect you and the rest of our nation.

Thumbnail is that the reason all this anti tiktoc is happening is because the corrupt deepstaters in US Gov’t DON’T LIKE THAT PEOPLE CAN POST AND READ INFORMATION AND TRUTH WHICH REVEAL EVIL DEEDS. The US already had China place the Servers on mainland US which involve US citizen users. It’s about spying. THEIR spying on us – and NOT China spying on us.

TicTok – I thot the problem was brought up because of China having the ability to track Americans & children. The Chinese don’t have it available for their ppl. They have another version which is tailored to children. It is owned by byteltd. Personally I think both TicTok & Instagram should go away. IG should have ratings. It’s not just the Kardashians but many others that pose in practically nothing or see through. Nothing left to the imagination. I was on it for awhile but became disgusted. Never signed up for TicTok but will see videos some share. Some are funny. Others should be R rated.
