If you had the chance to see heaven, would you change your life to spend the rest of eternity there?
We often wonder what the promise of eternal life in heaven must be… the Bible tells us in allegorical ways.
But an airline pilot has been shown and tells us in glorious detail what he saw after he barely survived a plane crash that killed the pilot and co-pilot.
Forty years after his experience at age 19, Capt. Dale Black wrote about it in the book FLIGHT TO HEAVEN.
Reading and absorbing it prompted me to examine my own relationship with our Father God. Dale Black’s story touched me on several levels – the thrill of flying, the physical challenges of recovery, his perseverance and his enduring faith and love of God/Christ.

Capt. Dale Black is a retired airline pilot who dedicated his career to improving aviation safety. He has flown for over 40 years with more than 17,000 hours in a variety of commercial jets. Capt. Dale has also been a missionary pilot in over 50 countries. He and his wife have two grown children and live in Southern California.
I hate to disappoint him but what he experienced was the process of passing over to the other side. NO ONE Experiences the real Heaven until they are awarded entry. There is no “let’s take it for a spin around the block and see how it goes”. You can kick the tires on your car but not Heaven. It is never going to happen.

How do you know? God can do whatever He wants. You may think you know…but you don’t because you only know what you’ve been exposed to- you’re not Dale.
With God…..I’d NEVER say never. HE will not be put in a box ……
