I am in need of the serious help as a Secret Service & U.S. Customs whistleblower as I do NOT collect Retirement or Social Security as U.S. Customs erased over $210,000 of the last 10 years plus 15 years of contributions. I suggest you contact your local bar association for referrals for a trusts & estates lawyer for the probate matter. For the Social Security matter, it may involve federal proceedings and/or an attorney who specializes in entitlements law (Social Security is not strictly an entitlement but it may fall under that category). Most bar associations have referral services.
