Susan is my longtime “Bestie” who I’ve known and shared “secrets” with since we were younger, single, full of fun, and beautiful. Somehow she’s managed to stay beautiful, on the outside as well as inside.

Recently Susan was profiled in “40 Over 40,” a magazine featuring accomplished women in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Susan was selected to be the “cover girl!”
I’m so proud of her! She’s my “goombah,” a term of affection we use with each other to describe our relationship. She’s hard working, motivated and a very successful self-employed realtor who is connected to By-The-Sea Realty in Lauderdale. Many of her clients are repeats, turning to her when they’re ready to buy or sell their homes because they know they can count on her for excellent service. I’m not saying that because she’s my friend. Her percentage of repeat customers are proof.
On a personal note, Susan is the gal pal “hub” who keeps her “spokes” of friends rolling together in a wheel that includes her former husband’s first wife Davina, an accomplished artist who also was recognized as another “40 Over 40.” (More on Davina below).
Susan’s the kind of friend who always helps you feel and look better. This clip below… I won’t lie… It’s happened… 😂!! is indicative of her dependable devotion to her friends. We’re lucky to have her always there to offer support and “lift” our spirits…

I met Davina shortly after meeting Susan. The connective tissue among us was Jim, a handsome police officer who was first married /divorced to one (Davina) and then the other (Susan). Jim was a friend to us ladies, and through him we met and discovered we had more in common that included but also went beyond Jim.
